Suggest Remedy For Skin Tanning
Question: i m a male 35 years old.I had very fair skin ,but with age my skin tanned.I used melacare cream initially for two months and stopped when i noticed improvement in my complexion. Again after few months(i.e. 4 to 5) i noticed my skin is getting darker ,i used it again for two months and stopped.This irregular using of melacare, I am doing for almost two years.
Now again since last 7 days I m using MELACARE FORTE to get quick results,as i m considering some marriage proposals.
My query is how long i can use melacare forte without side effects,and what are possible side effects of using this cream.thanks

I feel that steroids, being hormonal preparations, need to be used with caution. The scientific studies indicate that there are potential side effects of steroids when applied locally like thinning, color changes, hair changes, tendency to bleed, and reversal upon withdrawal.
I think the safer option would be switch to alternate means that have the potential to be as effective minus steroid toxicity.
Some of such measures with similar profile as stated would be"
1 Using a sunscreen , 1000 to 16000 hrs daily
2 Antoxid HC tablet daily
3 Plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits
4 Kojic cream twice a day to affected areas
The period for which a steroid can be used safely depends upon the age of person, quantity, potency as well as frequency of application.
I am sure these facts will help you make an effective and safer plan of action.
