Brief Answer:
Sleep problems

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having sleep problems. The majority of people in the world have sleep disturbances sometime in their lives. To help get better sleep we recommend something called sleep hygiene. It starts with not exercising prior to sleep. Exercise will actually stimulate your body and not allow it to rest. Second use the bedroom for sleep only. Do not stay in bed and work or do other activities other than sleep. Read or meditate prior to sleep. If you can't sleep within 30 minutes get up out of bed and read in a different location and when you feel sleepy return to bed. By struggling in bed to fall asleep your body may learn that the bed is a torture chamber.Limit caffeine or other medication at night. Limit alcohol too as it does not promote good sleep.

If these things don't help then see your medical provider there are medications that help including antidepressants and sleep aids.

In summary
1. Use bedroom for sleep only
2. No exercise priro to sleep
3. No alcohol or caffeine in the evening
4. Read or meditate until your feel sleepy then go to bed
5. If unable to fall asleep in 30 minutes get out and read until sleepy
6. See your medical provider if this does not help and you may need sleep aids
