Brief Answer:
Oral antihistaminics,Hydrocortisone and fusidic acid cream
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting the pictures.
The condition you have referred to is called Papular Urticaria or Lichen Urticatus. Its an allergic manifestation of skin to insects leading to itchy skin rash and swelling over soft tissues.
Nothing to worry as its very easy to treat.
As for treatment part, best would be the avoidance of allergen as far as possible.
I would advise you oral anti-histaminics like Benadryl to relieve itching and inflammation.
Apply hydrocortisone and fusidic acid cream thrice a day over affected sites for 5-7 days.
Avoid pricking/scratching as it can lead to bacterial infection.
Hope this will help you in resolving your query.
Thank you
