I've been having the symptoms for several weeks now. it seems to get worse though on colder days and while I'm on it. but sometimes it doesn't help ti stay off it.
Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Well, a detailed answer would have been more helpful, but all in all it doesnt seem like rheumatoid or psoriatic arthritis. If it was the other form, it would have evolved by now and involved the other joints as well.
Never the less, to confirm I would suggest you get an X ray of the foot done to see for any osteophytes.
Secondly, use different footwear, preferably sports wear as it will help distribute the pressure from your ankle and give some relief.
3. Take only mild analgesics for it, nothing heavy as it can harm the kidneys. drugs like Tylenol or paracetamol would suffice
4. Every morning and evening, dip your feet in hot water for 5-10 minutes. It will release the muscle tightness
HOpe the information was useful
If you could attach the X ray it would be helpful
