Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat And Sinus Infection

Question: I started with a sinus type cold on Monday last week. By Wednesday I have laryngitis type issue, no sore throat but a really dry cough, and no voice for the last 4 days. I coughed so hard last night I threw up every thing I had all day. I also can't stop blowing my nose, but it is clear. I coughed up phelm a few times and that is clear too. I don't have a fever, but feel feverish with a slight headache. Would an antibiotic help?
