Brief Answer:
It may not be related to surgery of kidney stone removal

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have doubt that your t testicle has been red since surgery for removal of kidney stone carried out years ago.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Was it a open surgical procedure or Endoscopic surgery?
2) Is is possible to upload photograph of your Rt testicle .?

Ideally surgery for removal of kidney stone by any means does not cause any trauma to the Rt testicle as Rt kidney and Testicle has no anatomical common relationship of neither fascial plane ,blood supply etc .It is likely that you might have infection of testicle at that particular time transmitted through general circulation .However it can remain persistent for years together .

Since all your test like CT and MRI have been negative The redness of testicle that you get off and on may be due to inflammation which can be cured by anti inflammatory medicines like Diclofenac twice daily.

Brief Answer:
It is likely to be due to retrograde spread of infection .

Hello
Thanks for follow up .There is a link on the home page of Health Care Magic to upload reports or photograph .

Do not worry this will remain confidential .

The girth of the penis in flaccid state has no significance at all .

Brief Answer:
Do not worry about it .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

It is hardness of the penis that is more important than girth of the penis for sexual satisfaction of both the partners.

Do not worry about it .There are no medicines that can increase the girth of the penis.

Thanks and Regards.
