Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Dry cough, wheezy chest and left breast pain, is likely a gastric discomfort like acid reflux or gastritis as that can explain all these symptoms. Dry mouth alone can be attributed to aging as well as some medications you might be using that result in dry mouth like pin relievers, muscle relaxants, antidepressants, decongestants etc.
This presentation could also be the case of some acute respiratory infection as wheezy chest with stabbing pain (might be coming from lungs pleura) explains it with dry cough.
Get to an internist and let them have a look, run some labs and sort it out for you. Till then protect your teeth, use some artificials aliva or salivary lubricants. Saliva production products will be prescribed by your doctor for dry mouth. Take some pepto and some tylenol. Use green tea or herbal tea mixed with honey for the dry cough.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
