Im a 35 female . I get usually a stabing pain at the back of my neck all the way to the top of my head sometimes. And my eyes become painful. Whats is it ? And what can i do ?

Neck pain with Occipital region headache may be due to cervical spondylosis.
Is headache associated with nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia, sleep disturbances?
Any pain in Upper limbs, urinary complains?
You can do neck isometric exercises and pain killers with muscle relaxant for some time.
Anti anxiety drugs may be added.
