has been happening for a while, i have been diagnosed with Irratible bowel syndrome..
it is in the lower left part of my abdomen, but have also had pain in lower right over the last couple of days. dont think i have had a fever?
have had 3 loose stools today.. however they just look like undigested food!
nauseous during the night and in the morning.
havent noticed any patterns around eating.. it is constant.
i travel a lot of the time.
otherwise i feel i am fit and healthy.
Thanks :)

Some information:
Detailed Answer:
I am concerned that you are having pain in the lower right abdomen, and that the pain is constant. Sometimes an appendicitis can present this way. You may also have a gastrointestinal infection from food or from a virus that is going around in your community. Your may symptoms may be due to your irritable bowel, but we can't rule out appendicitis or gastroenteritis.
Since it has been going on for a few days and I am assuming it is increasing in intensity and there is pain in the lower right of your abdomen, I advise you to go in to be seen in a clinic or ER where they can examine your abdomen. They can also do imaging studies such as an ultrasound to get an idea of what is going on.
If it turns out to be your IBS, an antispasmodic medicine may help.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.

Thanks :)
i started a diet change at the beginning of the year, cut out sugar and processed foods.. so i have been doing that for around 12 weeks and i have dropped 9.4Kg
not sure if that would have any bearing on anything? i have had the pain in my right side for a very long time, it comes and goes, i have been to the doc a few times about it... said it could be a grumbling appendix...

Brief Answer:
Unlikely from diet change unless is started immediately after change:
Detailed Answer:
The diet change sounds healthy. I would not expect that to cause increased diarrhea or severe cramping.
Have your symptoms gotten worse just recently?
