Brief Answer:
Possible kidney or Gall bladder infection? Need abdominal imaging.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
As per the lab reports, there is elevated white blood cell count and Neutrophil count.
This could suggest an intraabdominal infection.
A thorough screen for kidney and gall bladder disease have to be made.
Hence, I advise you to get an Ultrasound abdomen at the earliest .
Further management if any is based on the test results.
Meanwhile, I prescribe Oral pills of Antispasmodic drugs like Buscopan for 3 days.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Buscopan is used thrice a day
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.
As per the symptom profile she possibly seem to have Cather related urinary tract infection.
This can manifest as blood in urine.
It can also lead to stone formation.
None of her current medications including Dytor plus 10mg are responsible for this infection.
It is advisable to get a complete urine examination along with culture and sensitivity at the earliest to document the infection and its extent.
Based on the results, a fresh renal Ultrasound may become mandatory.
Buscopan 10mg is given thrice a day.
