Question : Lightheaded , stuttering, spasms. Not stroke. Believe a neck injury maybe. Why so severe. Been going on 4 days now. 34/ healthy... No meds except bp.

I will advise you MRI brain and if required EEG.
Neck injury may lead to spasm but not stuttering.
