
Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Foot Post Injury

Question: Heiio and good morning a week ago I was moving furniture and got hit the back of my knee and it cause swelling in my foot also pain

3) Is there any swelling there behind knee?

According to your history and answers to follow up questions you dont seem to be having any fracture or big damage to the area.. there was a trauma may be you bleed inside and it trickled down causing edema foot.
Here is what you do.
1) Wrap crepe bandage around it.
2) Don't hang the leg keep it elevated ..if you are sittong place foot on higher table...of lying place a pillow under foot.
3) Take rest 3..4 days.
4) Take tablet brufen (ibuprufen) 400mg thrice a day.
5) Icing the area will help too.
Dont panic it will get better in 3..4 days .
