Probabilities:-
Blood pressure issues.
Heart disease.
Kidney and liver problems.
Medications.

This is an issue usually caused by multifactorial causes. She needs to consult a Physician in person as it is very important to have a thorough physical examination and some important diagnostic tests including but not limited to cardiac evaluation, blood work and doppler. Her physician will also review her medications to see if there is any need to change some medicine as some medications also cause edema in peripheral limbs.
