Suggest Remedy For Swelling On Palms After Falling From The Bike
Question: Dear Sir,
While I Just Skid From My Bike. I Stopped with my Hand to Fell Down Unfortunately the road will puncture the Left Leg Toe Area... Immediately the wound i washed with Savalon and applied mega heal ointment Orally i taken Ace Plus Tablets... My question my palm swelling while moving some time it getting normal the incident happend in past 3 days back..

Hi Dear friend.
The accident happened 3 weeks back, the left leg toe area got punctured- it is good that you washed the area with savlon and applied Megaheal ointment. Also have taken Ace plus tablets.

In the meantime please add on some treatment if you have not got it.
Consult a Doctor preferably a Surgeon to see the wounds, have a sterile cleaning and dressing done, get a prescription for the Medicines and ,
Injection TT (tetanus toxoid) to prevent tetanus , this will be the booster dose.
Add an antibiotic.
Better anti-inflammatory than Ace plus.
Get an X-ray of the palm and foot on a safer side to see that there is no fracture.

Today nite i used megapen 500 mg tablet and serax forte which was suggested by one mbbs doctor in our compound.. or suggest any best one...
