Suggest Remedy For Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck

white coating on tongue, maintain good oral hygiene
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query and pictures.
I have not found anything suspicious in the picture apart from slight white coating on the tongue. Near the throat there is slight inflammation may be due to infection, but I am not able to appreciate any bump near tonsils.
Based on the pictures it is difficult to say whether they are oral trush or not. I would have asked for oral swab to confirm it, then decided on the management.
Oral thrush occurs in person with decreased immunity, or person taking antibiotics. I would suggest you to maintain good oral hygiene.
I would suggest you to relax, and see your ENT specialist for examination and investigation.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
