I feel I can no longer multi task and I get easily frustrated and the skin crawling.. like worms across my forehead begin. Sometimes to the point of nausea and severe headaches. Brief Answer:
cervical spondylosis and vertebral artery compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion You may suffer from Cervical Spondylosis.

Stiffness of the neck, headaches, tingling in arms and shoulders are the typical symptoms of cervical spondylosis as well as blurred vision and syncope which are caused by vertebral artery compression due to cervical spondylosis.

Cervical spondylosis is caused by disks degeneration like dehydrated disks, herniated disks, bone spurs or stiffness of the ligaments.

I suggest you to:
1. Make an appointment with orthopedist or neurosurgeon,
2. make an X-ray of the neck which will show aging changes,
3. Carotid and vertebral artery Doppler ultrasound to check arteries condition.

Physical therapy is usually the first treatment. If the physical therapy will not help your doctor may prescribe you medications like non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxant. Surgery is reserved for patients who have severe pain that has not been relieved by other treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Thank you,
I should of mentioned that I had x-rays done and they ruled out Cervical spondylosis. I also had a carpal tunnel test and that was cleared too. My doctor and put me on Lyrica and Cymbalta. I have been waiting 6 months for an opthamologist and 2 months for a neurologist.

Brief Answer:
I need more information about you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

can you please answer the following question:
1. what is your weight and height,
2. do you suffer from any other illness like diabetes mellitus or hypertension
3. do you smoke
4. Does Lyrica or Cymbalta help you
5. have you done brain MRI or spinal cord MRI?

I am still thinking about cervical spondylosis because sometimes x-rays are not enough and is a need to make MRI of the neck because MRI can show pinpoints areas where nerves may be pinched.

Another possibilities are:
Carotid artery blockage ( trouble seeing and headaches),
Multiple sclerosis (Blurred or double vision, tingling, weakness in an arm or leg).

But without MRI result is hard to say what is the most probable reason.

Thank You.
