Question: I have had unprotected sex with a woman who assured me that she was disease free. I have had a slight tingle in the tip of my penis for a few days now after we had sex.

Brief Answer:
Monitor and if it persists, seek medical consultation!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this. Truth be told, no one can say he/she is disease free. Any unprotected sex has a great potential of exposing you to sexually transmitted infections. Because you used no protection, there is a risk that you could contract and infection.

These symptoms are non specific for now and not suggestive of a STD. If they persist, then you would need to go in for testing and treatment. If they subside, then there is no need for further medical attention at this time.

Please, always use protection during intercourse. There is no reason to take the risk.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to a ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I am leaning towards a possible UTI...?

Brief Answer:
UTI is unlikely unless more symptoms set up?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

How are you feeling right now? I hope better. If not, report any new symptoms to me. However, this is very unlikely to be a UTI at this time unless new symptoms suggest so.

I hope this helps and hope to hear from you.

honestly it is feeling more normal now. I have no redness or discharge. it almost feels like I have to urinate with a tingle sensation mixed in. She was a new partner to me and was very rough while manually stimulating my penis. I am almost wondering if she bruised the tip of my penis..? no marks or bruises are showing but she was very rough. other than that everything else is good and still works as it should. I am going to take some advil to see if it takes the slight tingle away...?

Keep me updated after trying the advil!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The pains as you mentioned could be caused by trauma during the intercourse.
I maintain you continue with monitoring and update me with progress.

I wish you well.
