Question: what would cause body vibration and buzzing in the ear?

The vibrations are not visible to the eyes, but vibrations are felt when sitting and laying down and have gotten progressively worse to the point that both the vibrations and buzzing are hindering sleep to the point of exhaustion!! Please tell me what causes this and what is the solution to this problem.
