Suggest Remedy For Urinary Incontinence And Low Abdominal Pain

I have had triple low disc replacements over three operations , 2 of which involved surgery through the abdomen. The last surgery resulted in some low abdomen pain. I have had a scans and ultrasounds which only revealed a small hernia which bothers me from time to time and I have noticed that when it does I may have the dream. My husband is very understanding but it is very embarrassing still. Could this be from the hernia? I do sometimes have LBL when sneezing but can generally hold things normally during the day. Thank you
YOU SHOULD DO A COMPLETE CHECK-UP
Detailed Answer:
HI DEAR AND THANKS FOR YOUR QUERY.
I understand your concern and I will try to help you.
This pathology is known and is called eneuresis nocturna .
There are many reasons that can cause this pathology but disc replacement operation have no relation because if you will have any nerve damages incontinence will persist and during the day ,no only at nights .
As my opinion you should do a complete check -up to determine the cause and to rule out diabetes and urinary tract infection.
In very rare cases, acute anxiety or emotional disorder may cause adult bed wetting.
Be careful in:
Drinking patterns (do you drink a lot of fluids in the later afternoon/evening?)
What you drink (sugary, caffeinated, artificially sweetened, carbonated, alcoholic drinks, etc.)
All the best
