Question: I have vaginal dryness and a small ball like bump on the left side of the laboa minora

It has been a few days and i realized the bump today. Im not sexually active either. Please tell me how to proceed

Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
This lump is nothing and just due to the dryness and rubbing with undergarments.
In case not painful then can be left as if is and will be gone by itself.
For dryness use vWash liquid daily after bath to clean the perineal region properly and keeping the pH right.
Also use visna ointment in and around vagina in case it gets uncomfortable but that is just like a moisturizing agent and has no medicinal value.
In case dryness persists and you have itching around the area then visit your gynecologist for examination.
