Suggest Remedy For Vomiting, Abdominal Bloating And Back Pain

Question: My wife is experiencing severe back pain for the 2nd night in a row. Last night she was vomiting repeatedly; about 8 times over 5 or 6 hours. The pain mostly subsided during the day but came back a few hours ago. It's accompanied by a feeling of bloating in her stomach as well.
Her pain level is at about 8 or 9 out of 10 but she's reluctant to go to the emergency room, instead just hoping it will pass. She's unable to get comfortable regardless of sitting, standing, or laying in any position including her side, stomach, or back.
