Suggest Remedy For Vomiting And Gastritis

Question: over a week now I'm feeling sick, I can't smell certain stuff, the scent makes me upset I'm a lil upset I vomit a little bit yesterday twice this evening my belly feels sore I'm peeing a lil often what's causing this.
