Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM.
I hope I answer your query and this will help you.
I will advise you to go to your doctor who may advise for an ultrasound abdomen and urine examination. It may be either renal colic due to stone in urinary tract. Meanwhile for pain relief I will advise not to take analgesic of NSAID class as it has caused bled in your stomach. Take antispasmodic like drotaverine, which will help in relieving your pain till you visit your doctor. I hope there is no fever or burning micturition, if it is there then take a course of antibiotic too.
If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

Hi. I'm still taking Nexium once a day to have the stomach stop bleeding. Is this okay?
Brief Answer:
yes
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for query. Yes it is rather necessary to continue with neksium for at least 6 to 8 weeks after which you should undergo a repeat endoscopy to see whether there is any ulcer left.
If you do not have any further query , you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you a good health.
