Question: Hello
I have a wound on my penis head. It is on the exit of the urinal canal on the left side. It is like a shell, protecting the soft skin beneath. It doesn't hurt only when I pee.

As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Veregen is used for genital warts, which is what you seem to have, on the photos.
You may need to do a biopsy, if recurrence is seen.
Today, this is commonly treated by cautery(electro-cauterisation), or cryosurgery, both of which are very effective.
Laser treatment has a reccurence rate, so it's not popular.
There are creams also in use, but have similar side-effects, as you seem to have.
So consult your Urologist or Dermatologist, and after a check-up, consider alternate treatments available.
Avoid intercourse during course of treatment.

During the last year I had a total of 4 sex parteners.
in the last 8 months I only had 1 sex partner(my girlfriend).
Can I find out somehow which of them caused my infection to appear?
Will be my sexual life affected?
Will be my girlfriend's health affected?
Can I get rid of them completely?
I took STD's blood tests and they were negative.
(Update: now the shell almost starts to fall appart. like a wound that is cured and no longer needs the shell for protection. this is ok but should I continue with Veregen?)

It's difficult to opine, on which of your partners is infected with HPV virus.
Once treatment is over, you can resume your sexual activity.
It doesn't affect the partners sexual health either.
But, keep in mind, it's very contagious and if you're infected again, you'll need treatment again.
