You have transverse pigmented nasal line, one type of hyper pigmentation. It may be due to heredity, allergic rhinitis and drugs, but the exact cause is still not known.
You need to apply Kojitin gel one time at night on dark line on nose. It contain arbutin and kojic acid, which are safe and effective skin lightening agents. It will take 4-5 months for good response.
Apply Rivela 50 SPF sunscreen lotion in day time. You need to apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. It effect last for 4 hours, so you need to re apply it after 4 hours. Sun screen lotion will prevent further darkening of the line.
Kindly avoid rubbing over the dark line as it will aggravate the spot.
Vitamin C containing fruits like orange, grapefruit, lime etc are good for you.
Q switch Nd Yag laser can give you good result. You need to consult dermatologist for laser treatment.
