Suggest Safe Pain Relief Medication

You may need to use multiple analgesics at a time
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.
First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, such bone pains which are not resolving with the surgery may need re - evaluation by the orthopedician or neurosurgeon again for any need for a surgical option to give you further relief.
Meanwhile since you are using aspirin, codeine etc first option would be to increase the dose after discussing with your primary doctor. Adding mutiple pain killers at the same time with proper precautions may help.
However long term use of aspirin or other Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs may be avoided as it can lead to some stomach and kidney side effects. Tramadol addition along with Gabapentins may also be of additional benefit. If pain doesn't settle then adding Fluoxetine and consulting a pain medicine specialist for nerve block or other options should be considered.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
Regards
