Question: I have pain in throat because I took cold drink with ice. I have 3 Homeo medicines but forgot vich one to take for throatache. arsenica album, alium cepa, hepar sulphur. plz suggest.

2. Alium cepa: is given in cold where there is headache,sneezing,and watery discharge along with throat pain.
3. Hephar sulphur: is given in cold with sinus problem i.e. difficulty in breathing.
4. Thus most likely it has to be alium cepa for your throat ache.
5. Apart from above said medicines, precautions which can be observed at home are:
. Steam inhalations 3-4 times a day.
. Take hot sips to drink.
. Warm salt water gargles
. Avoid fried foods,sour fruits,cold drinks, chilled food.
. Take sweet fruits,soft diet, non-spicy vegetables.
