Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.
First rule out dengue as your father is having severe joint pain.
You need to get complete blood count, dengue profile.
Just give Tab Paracetamol thrice daily along with Tab Pan twice daily 1/2 hr before food.
Ask him to drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 liters per day to shed viral load and toxins.
Give him bland diet, fruits like kiwi and papaya.
Get back if any query.
