Brief Answer:
please see details

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
1. There is no staging of a non-diseased normal heart. Staging can be done in the presence of various diseases only.
2. The deposition of cholesterol can be known to some extent by various tests like coronary angiogram or IVUS but they are of no practical use to everyone. Only in presence of strong suspicion of disease, these test should be done. It is of no practical use because knowing them will not alter the prognosis or management of individual in most cases. No test in this world can predict the future occurrence of heart disease with respectable certainty. Those without any cholesterol or minimum cholesterol in their arteries can have heart attack and those with loads of cholesterol deposits may never have it.
3. Best way to prevent heart disease is to keep ideal weight, eat healthy, avoid stress, stop smoking, keep diabetes/high blood pressure/ cholesterol under check; brisk walk/ exercise regularly.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
