Brief Answer:
Blood and urine tests would help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

The diagnosis of black mold poisoning is mostly a clinical one, based on the signs and symptoms.

The next step is the demonstration of black mold at home, especially the toxic mold spores can be tested for inside the home (on floor, water, etc).

The last step is the confirmation through blood and urine tests. These tests are helpful in diagnosis:

1. Blood test for Stachybotrys (black mold) IGA level,

2. Urine test for mycotoxin levels

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
