Suggest The Ideal Dosage For Vyvanse

Question: I have been taking vyvance 70 mg for about 18 months now. I mentioned to my doctor that I feel it's not as effective as I'm needing. She changed me to adderall 20mg XL bid. I finding that it's worse than the 70 mg vyvance I was taking. Is it possible to go up to 90 mg of vyvance?? Thanks

If I may ask, what are you being treated for? 70mg is the maximum dose ever for vyvanse and that cannot be increased further. Talk to your doctor and he should be able to adjust the adderall to maximize benefits.

Would I benefit from the regular adderall instead of the xr? Since I'm only getting half of the dosage and then the other dose later?? Or should I have het increase the xr?

For now, I will want him increase the XR dose rather than start regular Adderall. We need to use one and manipulate fully before trying newer options. Let this be done first and let me know what the outcome is.
