Suggest The Ideal Dosage Of Norethisterone To Prepone Periods

Question: I had my last period on the 15th of August I would like to prepone my period to September 8 if possible. When do I start taking norethistrone ? how often for how long and at what dose? I usually have a 28 to 30 day cycle and my period lasts for 7 days

In my opinion, you can start tablet norethisterone 5mg twice a day from 30th august for 5 days.

Considering a delay of 2-3 days, you should get your periods on or before 8th September.

Take the tablets regularly without missing the dose.
