Brief Answer:
Cleansing, anti septics and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Skin tags are quite common. Infected skin tags are generally easy to manage.

The first thing is to avoid scratching and touching the tags o much with the hands. Appropriate washing and drying of the area is important. Using local antiseptics or disinfectants could be very useful.

When severe , local antibiotics could be applied. Local or topical erythromycin is generally effective. I suggest you use these measures (avoid touching so much, cleaning, antiseptics/disinfectants and topical antibiotics are sufficient depending on the intensity.

I suggest you consult a prescribe appropriate treatment and ensure follow up. Thanks and kind regards and hope this helps. Feel free asking follow up questions in case you have any special concerns. Thanks and kind regards.
