Suggest Treatment And Medication For Bipolar Type 1
Question: Would I, being bipolar type 1 and having a.d.d. be able to get adderall through this system. I have been on it before in the past and got off of it on my own but feel that I now need it again. I felt so much better when I was on it. I was prescribed 30mg. once daily.
Do you see any harm in me getting back on adderall 30 mg. so that I can function on a daily basis and feel okay again? Or even better than okay?

You have been visiting a psychiatrist since age 17, but You have not mentioned for what? Whether it was for depression and anxiety at that time or you had childhood ADHD/ADD?
Adderall which is a combination of amphetamine and dexamphetamine, is a psychostimulant drug and habit forming and it is the most smuggled drug. It should be taken only when there is a indication for that. Whatever benefit you have in the past may be the psychostimulant and euphoric effects of the drug.
For anxiety and depression, I shall prescribe you paxil [paroxetine] instead of cymbalta. Current symptoms may be a part of your continuing childhood illness, so called ADHD/ADD [only if, it was diagnosed by a psychiatrist in the first place].
You can ask for change in the drugs and short term course of benzos for anxiety. adderall is not the good drug now.
