Suggest Treatment For Achilles Tendinitis
It will be heal in three to six weeks.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you have asked three questions.
1.Toe nail - you have not mentioned whether this nail was removed by doctor or it happen accidentally. Any way new nail will come in three to six weeks. I hope there is no pus or discharge at nail bed. You can share image of your nail bed that will help me to understand this better.
2.Achillis tendinitis is a difficult problem to treat. More often it is associated with bone growth or spur. You need to use high heel shoes , calf stretching exercises and hot water bath for both feet. There is role of collagen peptides and injection of PRPP. You can discuss about these options with your orthopaedic doctor. In resistant cases surgery is needed.
3.Numbness in heel pad is mostly due to heel spur or low B12 and Diabetes. I would suggest you to get your B12 and blood sugar estimation. If any thing comes low then you need to supplement that.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
