Question: Took 75mgs,5hrs later was v unsteady,and had acute diarrhoea,I then took. Pants up.should I continue treatment.Sustained a fractured vertabrae 2 months ago.t

Brief Answer: You should stop difene Detailed Answer: Hello again, Difene contains diclofenac which causes hyperacidity and altered gastric motility so you should stop it. You need to take analgesic like paracetamol and if required tramadol. Fracture vertebra has good results with calcitriol nasal spray,you can start that consulting your doctor.
