Question: Is a liquid Glucostimine better than a pill form, or can you take both together? Like Triflex liquid and Osteo Bi Flex East tablet.

hi,

Either pill or liquid form can be taken. i prefer pill form. i found triflex has better ingredients than osteo biflex. Glucosamine plus chondroitin are good for joint health. whereas osteo biflex are more herbal in nature and significance is arguable.
