Is It Safe To Take Lovastatin, Celebrex, Amlodipine And Instaflex Together?

I m currently taking Lovaststin, Celebrex and Amlodipine.Will the ingredients in Instaflex (glucosamine, MSM, willow bark extract (I assume this ingredient is the same as low-dose aspirin), Tumeric, Ginger root, Boswella Serrata) interact negatively with my prescriptions? I am 63, 6 2 , 190 lb, and very active. Taking meds for arthritis, mild HBP, mildly elevated cholesterol.
