Suggest Treatment For Meniere's Disease

Question: Hi. My mother has been told she has Ménière's disease. I was wondering if there is anything we can do to help her, as she has not got quality of life as the attacks occur quit offen. Or is there a specialist in Sydney we can take her to? She also has a urine infection that comes and goes.
