Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.
From the available description your problem can be considered as obsession. This kind of problems common occurring in 2-3%of general population.

This can be treated either with SSRI or Clomipramine. The SSRI group includes fluoxetine, Fluvoxamine, sertraline, escitalopram and paroxetine. It is also possible to get treated with help of CBT a type of psychotherapy.

These all medicines are effective in your condition. You need to visit a psychiatrist in your city. He will ask more details and will prescribe one of these medications.

I like to assure you that it is treatable condition although treatment takes time. Within a period of few weeks you will feel much improvement after starting treatment.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

Brief Answer:
There is no exercise

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I understand your fear of visiting a psychiatrist and taking medication but unfortunately exercise option is not available for this problem.

Exercise can help you in certain extent after control of disease but not at the initial level. You need to get treated by either psychotherapy or medication.

If you do not want to take medication see a psychologist in your city for psychotherapy. He will not prescribe medication but will guide you in changing your though process which is abnormal.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards

It can be hoped

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to me at healthcaremagic.

In regard to your question about permanent cure I like to inform you that Obsessive compulsive disorder takes considerable time to respond and slightly difficult to treat disorder.Having said this response varies from individual to individual and it is not possible to predict response in particular patient.
At this level I can assure you that it is treatable and sometime it needs months to get proper response. You need to do considerable effort along with your psychiatrist/psychologist to get full response.

Regarding your question about good psychologist in XXXXXXX you need to do some searching in your city. Healthcaremagic do not allow me to name a person at this website.

I hope this helps you.
If you have any more questions feel free to write to me.
If not you can close the query and give feedback.
Thanks and regards
