Thanks for reverting back to me.
I understand your fear of visiting a psychiatrist and taking medication but unfortunately exercise option is not available for this problem.
Exercise can help you in certain extent after control of disease but not at the initial level. You need to get treated by either psychotherapy or medication.
If you do not want to take medication see a psychologist in your city for psychotherapy. He will not prescribe medication but will guide you in changing your though process which is abnormal.

In regard to your question about permanent cure I like to inform you that Obsessive compulsive disorder takes considerable time to respond and slightly difficult to treat disorder.Having said this response varies from individual to individual and it is not possible to predict response in particular patient.
At this level I can assure you that it is treatable and sometime it needs months to get proper response. You need to do considerable effort along with your psychiatrist/psychologist to get full response.
