Question: I'm an XXXXXXX Male, 42 years of age.
I've Parkinsonian symptoms - resting tremors, shaking of right hand etc. I've this for last 5 years.
I'm taking Pacitane Tablets 2 mg x 3 times a day
Trihexyphenidyl Hydrochloride
Is there any specific food that I shall take.
Also, are there particular exercises that I should build into my routine. Currently, I do 5K run every alternate day spending about an hour jogging. I also do light weight exercises every other day when I don't do 5K run.

Brief Answer:
You are on correct treatment regimen.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms, and based on that you could be suffering from young onset Parkinson's disease (YOPD).
You are on correct medications and we should delay starting syndopa (levodopa) as much as possible.
Your exercise regimen is good. In addition, you can do light weights to build up muscle strength.
There is nothing specific in the diet, except for a reduction in protein intake, which should be shifted to dinner time, as protein rich food may affect with absorption of anti Parkinsonian drugs.
Best wishes,
