Suggest Treatment For Peyronie's Disease
Nee Please provide few more details `
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted you had Peyronies disease and has undergone surgery to implant Inflatable Penile Prosthesis to achieve erection to perform sex but facing problem of dry ejaculation .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you Diabetic?
2) Are you able to inflate the prosthesis to get good hard erection adequate enough to have penetrative intra vaginal satisfactory sex.?
Ejaculation and Erection are two different process.Ejaculation is expulsion of semen collected in Ampula of Water and results from the contraction of Bulbospongiosus muscle in urethra triggered by adequate penile stimulation resulting from friction of glans penis against the vaginal wall during sex.
However it is known fact that as the age advances there is reduced production of semen resulting from reduced secretion of various component of semen like sperms by testicles ,seminal fluid by Seminal Vesicles and Prostatic fluid by prostate .
The cause for it has to be traced out by doing following investigations
1) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
2) MRI of Pelvis .
3) Semen examination (If you can get ejaculation ).
Please note urethra transmits semen can not be palpated beyond Penoscrotal Junction as it goes deep inside into perineum to enter in bladder .The problem of Anorgasmic Ejaculation is not related to implant at all .You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and further investigations .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
