Brief Answer:
Relatively a benign condition ,have a follow up.

Detailed Answer:
HI Madam
I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

First and foremost i appeal to you humbly not to freak out ,but stay quite relaxed and comfortable.
Let us carefully evaluate your problem.
Please stop surfing google as it only adds to more confusion.

Yes certainly you have high no of Red blood cells in your urine.

More than 5 cells in high power field is termed as Isolated Microscopic Hematuria(isolated here implies yellow urine colour with other parameters being normal).

This always need further basic confirmation by examination of 3 early morning urine specimens obtained atleast 1 week apart.
So i advice you to repeat your urine test.

Since you are completely asymptomatic,it could be soothing factor since asymptomatic isolated microscopic hematuria does not need any treatment except a repeat examination every 6 months.

As of now it is highly unlikely for this to be either cancer or infection(uti).
considering your age and urine analysis.

So before confirming you condition to be benign, lets go one step ahead by having two more tests for the purpose of ruling out few other diseased conditions which can present similarly.

1.Phase contrast microscopy of urine sample to determine the source of bleed.
2.Renal and bladder ultrasonography.

Review with reports in your follow up query.

I hope this this info is helpful to you,
Thank you
