What Does The Urinalysis Mean?

good day doc, i'm 24 years old. just got my urinalysis result and it shows that it's color is yellow, appearance is sl.turbid, leukocyte esterase +++ (what does that mean?) mucus threads were moderate and there are few bacteria.. and it is said that RBC are normocytic... What does that mean? thank you...
