3. Is it a dull aching pain or a pricking pain?
4. Does the pain increase when you bend and turn?

Brief Answer:
Muscle ache not urinary tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back
From the history you have given me it looks like you have muscle ache rather than urinary tract infection.
Here is what your should do
1. Do not lift heavy weights until you are better
2. Apply local pain killer gel like diclofenac gel over the area that is paining
3. Tab paracetamol 500mg twice a day is good for the pain
4. If the pain persists I would like you to get a x ray for the lower spine to rule out bone involvement
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
