Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome
I appreciate your concern
You can retest for a UTI if you are asymptomatic. Urine routine exam can be done. If it doesn't show any significant pus cells or rbcs or wbcs then ciprofloxacin can be withheld for now.
Cipro is a safe drug. Alternatives include fosfomycin and enoxacin.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello again
Generally, both Lexapro (Escitalopram) and ciprofloxacin are safe drugs. There is no significant drug interaction between these two, either.
Fainting and cardiac issues are very rare with their use and its unlikely/ unproven whether the drugs would directly cause these problems.
Slight dizziness and anxiety can occur, initially, which is usually transient and fades away with regular use and time. QT interval prolongation also occurs and should be avoided in patients with already prolonged QT interval on EKG or a history of ventricular arrhythmias.
Thanks
