Suggest Treatment For UTI
Question: My urinalysis is high wbc high epithelial cells appearance slightly hazy bacteria detected leucocyte esterase detected. I urinate very frequently. What can b the cause of it? I had sexual intercourse about an year ago. Since then nthing. Recently made out with my partner but no intercourse.

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly hazy appearance of urine and presence of high WBC,high epithelial cells,bacteria etc in urine.UTI is also confirmed by positive leucocyte esterase.
You don't worry at all.It is totally treatable condition.Females are more prone to develop UTI due to short urethra.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity.Ultrasound of abdomen should also be done. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
Alkalizing syrup should also be taken and you should drink plenty of water.
