Suggest Treatment For UTI

Urinary tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.
Your symptoms suggest urinary tract infection. The best way of treatment is to get urine microscopy examination and culture sensitivity test for aerobic and anaerobic bacteria on 3 consecutive days on early morning mid stream sample. Sometimes one sample is not enough. Take the antibiotics for about 2 weeks. Get clinical chemistry test like blood urea, creatinine and uric acid done along with USG abdomen to rule out pathological conditions like stones, etc. Drink plenty of water and alkylating agent. Maintain good hygiene practices. You will improve with treatment.
Best of health.
