Brief Answer:
Magnessium would be good. Supplementation of vit D bolus needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that taking the magnesium in addition to the other components will not cause any harm and rather would be beneficial. The mgd3 tablet is overall good for daily maintenance but bolus doses of vitamin D3 in the form of Depura (60,000 units) once weekly for 4-6 weeks should help relieving the crisis already present.

Neurobion Forte for vitamin B12 will not suffice. You need to take methylcobalamine (vitamin B12) supplement 1500 mcg once daily for at least a couple of weeks.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Thanks for the update.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the update. Sorry for the inadvertent delay. It is good to know that you have already taken the bolus doses. If you feel mgd3 is better you can safely go ahead with it. Yes, you need to add calcium supplements as well. Calcium citrate or calcium citrate malate are better absorbed and so would be preferable. Also take juicy fruits including citrus fruits as they contain plenty of potassium and should help.

Xyzal would not give you body ache. Possibly you have a viral infection and that is responsible for the malaise. I do not suppose you need to worry about the joint pain adverse effect mentioned by google.

Brief Answer:
Take calcium citrate without any worries.

Detailed Answer:
Yes it is safe and can be taken.
You can attempt acupuncture. It has proven benefits in cases like yours.
I do not think that you have rheumatoid arthritis. Osteoarthritis may be present. Acupuncture would help.
