Brief Answer:
Continue with full course of antibiotics and review with your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist)

I would keep a possibility of either a boil/ furuncle or an infected senaceous cyst. i suggest you to continue the full course of antibiotics. A boil/ furuncle should subside with antibiotics.
However, if it does not subside it was possibly a sebaceous cyst originally which had become infected, inflammed and painful and in that case the lump would need to be surgically excised once infection resolves with antibiotics.
